The sales process in ClaimExpress for Contractors is simple, fast and complete. We provide everything you need to manage sales reps, leads and estimates; plus a whole lot more. Our Google integration allows you to see the property and know which sales rep it should be assigned to as you are entering the lead in the system. Never lose another file to an overdrawn sales rep. Cancel your Xactimate subscription and use our online estimating system. Learn how to properly account for the cost of your leads, measurement reports, file processing and inspections.

The build process begins when you pull the manilla folder from your inbox. Teach your people to enter the data in ClaimExpress or do it for them. Either way, only a manager can approve the contract by checking to see that it is valid, that the insurance paperwork is acceptable and that you have enough information to input the Jobs List, Selling Price, Cost Of Materials (materials order) and Cost of Labor (labor order). Once your file is correct and the profit margins are acceptable, you click the "Convert to Project & Assign Project ID" button and the system automatically assigns it the next job number...aka Project ID

As soon as you have a Project ID you can receive payments. However, the collection process begins when the last job in the project is closed. A Task is automatically generated for you to Process Final Paperwork. As with all Tasks in our system, you get an email reminder and a link directly to the page where you need to complete your work.

All of the main links in our application take you to a list of records that you can search, sort, filter and rearrange, just like microsoft excel. For instance, when you click Leads, you get a list of all of your Leads based on the Date Lead In. By clicking Date Lead In at the top of the list, you can rearrange the order of the leads from last one in to first one in. Same with Last Name...this rearranges them alphabetically. Same with Zip Code..this rearranges them by zip code. So, you don't have to know microsoft excel to use this feature..you just need us to show you that it is available to you and how easy it is to use. We call this Live Reports and we don't make a big deal out of it..because, we mostly just want to run our business, not our software. So, we search, find the record, drill down and complete our work.
